About Our Work At Home Agent Role

We are seeking experienced Part-Time and Full-Time call centre agents to join our growing Work At Home program. Our agents are responsible for receiving inbound calls from CAA South-Central Ontario members and support the Emergency Roadside Operations by taking care of members’ road service needs as well as various membership related questions.

CAA will provide you with computer equipment to set up your home office which includes a PC, monitors, keyboard and mouse. We will provide you with ongoing dedicated support and training through our online portal and chat groups.

We operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year environment and rely on agents who are flexible with their availability. Weekend work is required and vacation requests will be limited to certain times of the year to accommodate our peak call volumes.
